Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the modified allergic granule in treating chronic urticaria of deficiency of the Spleen due to the stagnation of the Liver-Qi's consolidation syndrome and investigate the infulence of modified allergic granule to Helicobacter Pylori (HP)Method:60 Chronic Urticaria patients were randomly divided into into. Modified allergic granule group (30cases) and Cetirizine group (30 cases). They were observed for 1 month. To evaluate the integration and SSRI of pruritus and wind before and 2,4,5 week after the treatment. At the same time, To observe the toxicity and recurrence.Examinate the Helicobacter pylori by (13) C-urea breath test of treatment group before and after 4-week treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate in treatment group (86.7%) was higher than that in control group (73.3%), But there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).2.The symptom score were decreased significantly in both groups after treatment, intra-group comparisons showed very significant difference (P<0.05); For 2-week and 4-week treatment, There were no obvious difference between two groups (P>0.05); But significant differences in them were observed after stopping medication For 1-week (P<0.05)3.In treatment group, three index of pruritus and wind were descended Significantly, which excel remarkably the control group after 4-week treatment. Other objective symptom has no obvious difference in the interior-group.4.The recurrence rate was low in treatment group, which has a significant difference between control group (P<0.05).5.The treatment group has low adverse effect rate than control groups with a extreme singificant difference (P<0.05)6.The ration of positive by (13) C-urea breath test were 66.67%(20/30) in treatment group. The Indicator of Helicobacter Pylori infection about 8 cases proved negative, The cure rate of was 40%.Conclusion:1. Modified allergic granule and Cetirizine were the effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria. The former has low recurrence rate and few adverse effects, which is good for clinical application2. A correlation was found between Helicobacter Pylori and ChronicUrticaria.
