| Objective:The connotation of traditional Chinese medicine developed chronic urticaria with quality of life of the patients scale, for comprehensive and objective evaluation of clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria provide evaluation tool.Method:according to the WHO formulated quality of life questionnaire principle and combine the basic theory of TCM, puts forward the theoretical conception, extensive scale of documentaries at home and abroad the effectiveness and skin disease, the special quality of life questionnaire method, and construct a structured decision-making of the initial scale. With the investigation way to 110 cases of chronic urticaria, the results of test with discrete trend, correlation analysis and factor analysis, reaction degree analysis five methods multidimensional screening entries, and finally form a chronic urticaria life quality scale (CUQOLS), and reliability, and validity and reaction degree evaluation. Results:developed by physiology, psychological and social 3 dimension 28 entries chronic urticaria of quality of life questionnaire (CUQOLS) and theoretical conception tally. After CUQOLS 24h 0.995 reliability for heavy measurement, the CUQOLS Crobach's total alpha coefficient, 1/2 reliability coefficient 0.935 0.876, respectively. Factor analysis extracted from five main factor, the cumulative 73.816%, including the first contribution of contribution of male factor 31.691%. Total dimensions and related coefficient between 0.416 bound at 0.861, with CUQOLS score-total score, DLQI-SF 36 respectively score correlation coefficient 0.765,0.871.-Patients before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine CUQOLS scores are statistically significant differences in different course groups was statistically significant physical dimensions, in other dimensions was statistically significant. In different age groups, the psychological dimension and physiological dimension total score was statistically significant differences in social dimension was statistically significant. Different in TCM syndrome different iat ions physiological dimensions and score a statistically significant differences in psychological dimension and social dimensions difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: CUQOLS is reliable, efficient, sensitive, and has the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, chronic urticaria accurately reflect the connotation of the quality of life of the patients with chronic urticaria, can be used as tools of TCM clinical effect assessment. |
