| Objective: To study the curative effect and to approach the mechanism of Bushen Tonglin Decoction Treating Chronic Pyelonephritis from the clinical research angle. Method:60 patients who are suffering CPN are divided into two sets in random.And 30 examples are treated with Bushen Tonglin Decoction, while other 30 examples with Sanjin Tablet as a control group.All two sets are given same food and nursings, and both are ended the therapy after two months as a period of treatment.Then we observe its curative effect,its influencement to immunity function, kidney function,uric ALB,β2-MG,NAG and its untoward reaction to human. Result: Bushen Tonglin Decoction can obviously improve clinical symptoms, total efficient rate amount to 90%, supass the control group 66.7%(P<0.05);Can improve the sufferers the immunity function, kidney function and lower the level of ALB,β2-MG,NAG in the sufferers'urine, having no obvious vice-reaction. Conclusion: Bushen Tonglin Decoction is composited under the guideline of wholism and planning treatment according to diagnosis.And it has an effect that ameliorate symptom,reduce the frequency of CPN attacking by improving the sufferers'immunity, postpone the progression of kidney disease, protect kidney function,and increase the sufferers'quality of life. |
