Acupuncture Sanyinjiao Ease The Experimental Study Of The Spasmodic Contraction Of Uterine Muscle

There is a markedly chinical curative effect on Primery dysmenorrhea with the treatment of electroacupuncture(EA) at Sanyinjiao points. To probe the mechanism of the treatment, the changes of myometrial contractile amplitude frequency and Endothelin(ET) in the blood were observed in the present study. 24 rabbits were divided randomly into four groups. Control group (groupA), injection of oxytocin group without EA (group B); EA at sanyinjiao points group(group C), EA at nonpoints group of 1 cm lateral to Sanyinjiao points(group D). The results showed that: 1 .Venous injection of oxytocin could convulse the myometrium, which showed increases in contractile amplitade and frequency, After EA at Sanyinjiao points. Contractile amplitude and frequency decreased Significantly and come back to normal levels without injection of oxytocin. All those showed that EA at Sanyinjiao poinits can relax the convlsiom of myometrium. This manifests there is a notable antispastic effect with the treatment of electroacupuncture at Sanyinjiao point 2.EA at nonpoints 1 cm catral to Sanyinjiao points had no effect on the contrantile amplitade and frequency, compared with group C, and there was a signiticont difference(P
