Lungs Through The Network Phlegm Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Acute Exacerbation Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Syndrome Of Clinical Research

Chronic　Obstructive　Pulmonary　Disease(COPD)is　a　pulmonary　disease　with　the　character　of　restriction　of　air　flow.The　restriciton　is　incomplete　reversibleand　it　progresses　continuously.Although　the　definite　cause　of　the　disease　is　not　very　Clear,the　relationship　between　the　abnormal　inflammatory　reaction　to　the　harmful　gas　and　harmful　granular　in　the　lung　and　the　disease　is　considered.　　In　this　research,we　first　summarize　the　former　research　of　the　study　to　the　COPD　with　Traditional　Chinese　Medicine　method　and　the　correlation　studies　between　the　pathogenesis　of　COPD　and　cytokine,and　ulteriorly　research　the　rule　of　the　treatment　of　Chinese　medicine　.　Based　on　the　result　of　the　research　to　the　pathogenesis　of　COPD　,we　cured　COPD　in　the　aggravating　period　by　the　rule　of　invigorating　lung,promoting　the　collaterals　and　dispersing　phlegm,in　order　to　early　alleviate　the　symptom,and　early　end　the　aggravating　period　and　into　the　relieving　course.　First,based　on　the　sum　up　of　former　Clinical　experience　and　literature,twelve　kinds　of　syndrome　the　diagnose　standard　of　them　are　established.The　table　for　COPD　Clinical　observation　was　establishmed　according　to　correlative　standard.We　collected　99　cases　of　COPD　and　record　their　Clinical　symptoms　in　the　aggravating　period　and　relieving　course,　then　we　analysised　their　characteristics　of　symptom　and　syndrome　of　Traditional　Chinese　Medicine.　We　also　dicuss　their　characteristics　of　syndrome　of　Traditonal　Chinese　Medicine　with　the　severity　of　COPD.　In　the　next　place,We　collected　40　cases　of　COPD　in　the　aggravating　period　which　were　randomly　divided　into　treatment　and　control　group.Each　group　contains　20　cases.The　treatment　group　was　cured　by　the　compound　prescriptions　of　invigorating　lung,promoting　the　collaterals　and　dispersing　phlegm　as　well　as　by　focalized　treatment　of　modern　medicine,and　the　control　group　was　crued　only　by　focalized　treatment　of　modern　medicine.After　that,we　observed　and　contrasted　the　clinical　effect　of　the　two　group.　The　result　of　syndrome　study　show　us:1,the　aggravation　period　of　COPD　is　a　period　that　the　patient's　condition　becomes　worsened　because　of　the　affection　by　exopathogen,based　on　the　deficiency　of　lung　spleen　and　kidney,then　the　ins　and　the　outs　that　the　gelation　of　exogenous　pathogenic　factors,phlegm,phlegm...
