Qi And Nourishing Yin On Treatment Of Simple Diabetic Retinopathy Clinical Research

Distbetic Retinopathy(DR) is one of severity complications of Diabetes Mellitus(DM) and become one of four main disease of causing blind at preasent. The pathogenesis of DR isn't completely clarified,we still didn't acquired evolve piercely on it's treatment.In this study,we observed and evaluated the effect of YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction on treating DR. Part I Literature Research1,We researched the literature of DR ,summarized the pathogenesis,dignosis,treatment of it and discussed the problem remain and the trend of its development.2,We summarized the evolve on name, etiology, pathogenesis,prevention and therapy ,herbs and experimental of DR in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Part II Clinic ResearchObjective:To evaluate the effects of YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction in treating background diabetic retinopathy(BDR).Methods: Contrapose YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction group with Doxium group. Observe the change of the vision,ocular manifestation,fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome.Then make data processing to review the validity of YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction.Results: YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction can improve the condition of vsion,ocular manifestation,fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) of the patients with BDR,the effect was similar with Doxium. Contraposing with Doxium, YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction is better in improving the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome.Conclusion: YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction is effective for the treatment of BDR.
