Considered from thenutrition ingredient as a whole, The value of nutrition and health care of sample in Jilin province is higherthan wild samples.The value of nutrition and health care of 5-years sample is higher than 3 and 4-years'.Compared with common false samples, the content of amino acid, the general ingredient, vitamin andthe fatty acid is higher than common false sample,but the content of the trace element is lower thancommon false sample. The value of nutrition and health care of sample in Jilin province is higher thancommon false sample.Fourth, comparative research on nutrition and health care value of different parts of Rana temporaria chensinensis' female bodyGenerally analyzed the ingredient of different parts of Rana temporaria chensinensis' female body,they have superiorities respectively, therefore, we should make a deeper research on the byproducts ofRana temporaria chensinensis.Fifth, synthetic evaluation research on nutrition and health care value of Oviductus RanaeWe selected common food, for medicinal-purpose food, the animal drug which have similar effectwith Oviductus Ranae and the health-food (altogether 159 kinds) as the comparisons, embarks from thenutrition ingredient. The comparison result: the value of nutrition and health care of Oviductus Ranae is inthe first place in those comparisons, Oviductus Ranae is not only one kind of higher protein nutriment, butalso is one kind of fine health-food, this also further confirmed the reason that Oviductus Ranae is continueto use and still has long standing reputation since old times, and the human treasured it until now.
