Object: By observing the effect Yangganhexue formula (with Tonifying liver and blood method) traditional Chinese medicine regulating and controlling to female rat sex gland axis, discuss the effect mechanism that whose prevention and cure perimenopause syndrome,be to provide the laboratory studies evidence and a new study and differentiational thought.Methods: 11-months old Wister female rats whose oestrus elongation were set as primary senile female rat model and randomized into blank group, Yangganhexue formula in high dosage, middle dosage and low dosage group, Liuweidihuang group. The intervention period was 15 days(three sex periods) to every group rat,, the blood samples from Abdomen aorta were tested to detect serum Estradiol(E2), Progesterone(P), Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), Luteinizing hormone(LH), The ovaries were buried by paraffins and treated by HE to observeing growing follicles, mature follicles, corpus lutenm. Observe every group changes and parallel their difference.Results: Compared with the control group, the primary senile female rats increased serum estradiol E2 and progesterone P, lower follicle stimulating hormone FSH. Yanganhexue formula high, medium and low dose group were significantly effect, P <0.05. On LH, Yanganhexue formula in the high-dose group and the medium dose group were significantly effect, P <0.05. On P and FSH, Liuweidihuang group is statistical significance. But on E2 and LH, it can not yet be considered statistically significant. To the P and FSH, Yanganhexue's groups are better than the Liuweidihuang group. On uterine index and ovarian index, three Yanganhexue groups were significantly, and the effects were much better than Liuweidihuang group, P <0.05.On ovarian morphology, Yangganhexue formula three groups after treatment increased in the number of follicles, structural clarity, a few more arteries, shape the rules. The control group were less primary follicle, that secondary follicles and mature follicles little connective tissue hyperplasia and ovarian vascular less vascular density of small, irregular in shape. Liuweidihuang group, the initial level follicles and mature follicles, but the quantity is less, vascular density smaller.Conclusions: The results showed that Yangganhexue formula, which could tonify liver and blood , could adjust sex hormone level in blood, promote the growth of follicle, improve the internal hormone environment, and so as to delay the aging. Compared with Liuweidihuang group, their effects be obviously much better.
