Objective:By observing the effect liver and blood tonic traditional Chinese medicine regulating and controlling to the content of female rat nitrous oxide (NO) , super oxide dismutase (SOD) and Malonaldehyde (MDA) .It is to discuss the effect mechanism that whose prevention and cure perimenopause syndrome , be to provide a new study and differentiational thought.Method:10-11 months old Wister female rats whose oestrus elongation were set as primary senile female rats model and were randomized into blank group, liver and blood tonic formula in high dosage, middle dosage and low dosage group, tonifying kidney group. The intervention period was 15 days(three sex periods) to every group,. the blood samples from abdomen aorta were tested to detect serum nitrous oxide (NO) , super oxide dismutase (SOD), Malonaldehyde (MDA). The ovaries were buried by paraffins and treated by HE to observeing growing follicles, mature follicles, corpus lutenm and the morphologic of blood vessel. Observe every group changes and parallel their difference.Result:In different degree, different dosages of liver and blood tonic traditional Chinese medicine can improve the content of( NO) ,increase the active of (SOD), decrease the content of (MDA)Compared with tonifying kidney group and liver and blood tonic formula in high dosage group, the P<0.05.Conclusion:The results showed that Sierwuxitang, which could tonify liver and blood , could improve the content of NO, increase the active of SOD, decrease the content of MDA in blood serum. Compared with tonifying kidney formula group, the effects of liver and blood tonic formula in high dosage group may be much better.
