One of them is a new compound, the first time isolated from this genus were 6, the first time isolated from Juglans mandshurica leaf were 3. The new compound is Juglans cerebrosides A.The first time isolated from this genus were Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside, Quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside, 2''E-quercetin-3-O-β-D-(6''''-O-[3''-(4'''-hydroxyphenyl) propylene acyl]) glucopyranoside, Myricetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside, Epimedium glycosides, 2-methyl-1-hexadecanols; the first time isolated from Juglans mandshurica leaf were Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Gallic acid; Other compounds: kaempferol, quercetin,β-sitosterol.The research on the quality control of ethyl acetate extraction of Juglans mandshurica leaf has carried out, Has carried on the qualitative analysis using the HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS/MS method to ethyl acetate extraction, Extrapolated the possible structure of 23 compounds, And had determined structure of 10 compounds according to the standard, By UV method for the determination of total flavonoids of ethyl acetate extraction, 8 compounds of relatively high content isolated from ethyl acetate extraction has carried on the content determination using the HPLC method.Using DPPH method to study in antioxidant activity of medicinal parts of Juglans mandshurica (bark, root bark, leaves, peels), With vitamin C, E Comparison of antioxidant activity. This research has provided the new direction of sustainable use and the depth development for Juglans mandshurica.Using DPPH method to study in antioxidant activity of the different polar parts of Ethanol extract of Juglans mandshurica leaf. With vitamin C, E Comparison of antioxidant activity, has selected the parts of Antioxidant activity, namely parts of ethyl acetate extraction. To elucidate the mechanism of the ethyl acetate extraction, 8 compounds of relatively high content isolated from ethyl acetate extraction has carried on the activity determination.
