Cardovascular is one of the most common and hazardous disease in the world, which happens by chance and suddenly. Such disease has features of chanciness and suddenness, So long-term tracking and treatment is necessary to prevent cardiovascular. Through mobile telecardiogram monitor diagnostic system, doctors can monitor cardiac function of concerned patient, supply diagnosis and curing guidance.Thus, we propose a wireless ECG tele-monitoring diagnostic system. The monitoring terminal is embedded with wireless transmit module,anti motion-interference and arrhythmia algorithm. It can be worn by patient 24-hours, collecting ECG information in-time. when detecting abnormal signal, the system will transfer the data to tele-monitoring center or doctor's mobile in time through GPRS/GSM in the mode of wireless.This project is huge relatively, and the major part concerned in this paper is as follows:(1) System design and module function division.(2) complete the static simulation and compare of algorithms in programming using Labeview and matlab, including noise control,QRS detection and computer-aided diagnosis.(3) Complete the schematic and PCB layout design of ECG acquisition module, and the acquisition of weak signal.(4) Complete soft design of ECG acquisition module on target board, which includes functions of serial communication,finsh data transportation between MCU and extend FLASH through SPI bus,embed algorithm whose simutation result is ideal to actual dynamic application system.In our applied system, FIR filter is adopted to eliminate 50Hz industry interference,median filter method is adopted to delete baseline drift,wavelet transform is adopted to detect QRS wave,pattern distinguish is adopted to analyse arrhythmia. finally achieve real-time detect and analyse to ECG. The computer aided diagnostic arrhythmia analyse has been proved to be valid by using the data generated from FLUKE ECG simulator. However, because the limited cognition in ECG terms, individual differences, complex pathological cause, and various ECG form, The feasibility of some complex creiterion for arrhythmia analysis in clinic is still need to be verified.
