Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Will be an average of 118 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group. Treatment group, 60 cases, 58 cases in control group. Treatment group were treated with waist fumigation treatments, lumbar traction, medicines, acupuncture and massage therapy techniques, contrast group were treated with lumbar traction, medicines, acupuncture and massage therapy techniques. 2 weeks for a course of treatment. Follow-up time is divided into 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Compare the two groups of low back pain, leg pain, straight leg raising test, lower extremity muscle strength, lower extremity skin and feeling the impact of the recent improvements in daily life showed no significant difference (P> 0.05); the two groups before and after treatment of patients with low back pain score (JOA score), and to improve the rate of observations indicated that the two groups can be significantly improved treatment of lumbar disc herniation patient's clinical symptoms, but the treatment groups showed a return visit after treatment, both groups after treatment in patients with long-term efficacy There was a significant difference compared to (P <0.05).Conclusion:Two kinds of treatment programs for treatment of lumbar disc herniation have some efficacy, but with the waist than the lumbar traction medicine fumigation treatments, medicines, acupuncture and massage therapy techniques to improve patient symptoms, reduce pain and improve quality of life better effect.
