The Human Organ Transplantation Technology reputed as the peak of medical science in the 20th century, is the most effective treatment for the disease in the mid and later period. This treatment has achieved enormous improvement all over the world with rapid development in recent years. A number of patients with organ exhaustion who were difficult to cure in the past now have come to live again under this. Despite of its positive effect, this technology has caused unprecedented conflicts in ethics and forced the patients, the offers and the doctors stuck with separately difficult position in ethics in the meantime of its benefit to the human beings. The development and practice of the technology have been directly effected by all the debates and problems aroused from it, which leads the technology in modern medical field to a helpless position. Meanwhile, the human moral is burdened with a parade of ethical problems, to which if we pay no heed the society would be in chaos and a great disaster. Hence, concerned with the above problems, this thesis will debate at an ethical angle and seek to find a solution in the practical moral view. It is very necessary to lead people to treat new ethical problem in a reasonable attitude, which will be worthy in both theory and practice.Organ transplantation used in the paper is only the organ transplantation that points the person as recipient and aims at cure, which is The Human Organ Transplantation. Organ transplantation is a treatment that transplants the health organ to the patients who are in urgent need of cure. It is also mean a medical measurement exchanging the health organ with the damaged ones, during the process of it three parties will be involved they are: the patients, the offers and the doctors.
