Since the advent of organ transplantation technology in the middle of the last century, because of its good effect in the treatment of organ failure disease it has become the focus of attention of the community;Until the 21 st century, with the rapid development of medical technology and life sciences breakthrough, organ transplantation technology has turned to the clinical application stage,in saving the patient's life, prolonging life time, improving the quality of life and the value of life and so on.This modern technology is beyond imagination in ancient times but closely related to our lives today, from a technical point of view this is the inevitable development of science and technology, from the ethical point of view it is still faced with many conflicts and challenges. On the ethical issues of organ transplantation, the academic community has made a lot of research, pointed out that the existence of organ transplantation ethical issues and social problems, also targeted to put forward the corresponding solutions and strategies. However, with the popularity of organ transplantation, the original ethical issues are not completely resolved, while new problems continue to emerge. It is therefore necessary to continue to explore these ethical issues from a new perspective and to seek new solutions. On the basis of detailed analysis of the development process of human organ transplantation, the way of donor source, the way of receptor acquisition, the ethical principles that should be followed from organ transplantation——respect life, protect the interests of both donors and recipients,be fair and equitable and informed consent, this paper explored the problems still existing in human organ transplantation from the perspective of direct stakeholder——donor, receptor and physician in the process of organ transplantation, analyzed the causes based on ethical theory. At present, organ transplantation in our country is obstructed by the traditional concept, the commercialization of donor organs, the dilemma of doctors facing donors and receptors, the obstruction of organism caused by utilitarianism, and the lack of organ resources thus leading a series of problems like interests of stakeholds difficult to be guaranteed, interests of the recipient can not be fully realized, lack of supervision of doctors and other disciplines and so on.Based on the problems and causes of organ transplantation, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of establishing new ethical principles of organ transplantation, changing traditional morality, promoting the development of organ bank, establishing and perfecting laws and regulations, perfecting ethical review of donation mechanism, such as the principle of prudence in the original principles,to protect the principle of vulnerable groups, establish a new concept of justice, build an ethics committee and a reasonable organ incentive mechanism. This paper explores and analyzes the corresponding strategies from the perspective of the direct stakeholders of organ transplants——donors, receptors and doctors. It provides a reasonable direction for solving the ethical problems in organ transplantation from the macroscopic point of view. However, the problems caused by human organ transplantation are diverse, complex and long-term,and we need the joint efforts of all sectors of society and even the whole world to achieve the ultimate goal of bioethics——to promote the all-round development of human beings.
