With the dedication from numerous doctors and scientists, technology of organ transplantation has expanded during last six decades and will be applied into new fields in the future. There are a lot of problems with the development of organ transplantation technology,the short supply of organ is the key factor to impede the development of the organ transplantation technology. To solve this problem, scholars have already raised different kinds of ways, such as implementation of brain death standard as well as legalization of organ commercialization. The aim of this paper is to discuss these ways in the perspective of ethics and get final results.This study has divided into five parts: firstly we discussed ethic issues during organ acquisition and introduced nowadays main points and achievements of organ transplantation ethics in general in part one; we talked over disputes about organ commercialization, verified our own idea in ethical war and finally made a conclusion in part two; furthermore, we talked about ethical issues during organ donation in part three; lastly, we have learned from discussion of the advantages and weak points of brain death standard and traditional heart death standard for organ acquisition. Through discussion on the ethical issues of organ donation and organ transplantation, we safely make the conclusion that it is necessary to encourage organ donation and inhibit organ commercialization.
