Human organ transplantation, as a created and developing new medical technology in the mid-20th century, has inevitably become a major current focus of medical research and a momentum for making the medical career forward. But with the development of human organ transplantation, social ethical issues are getting more and more involved, mainly for the interests of both parties and the corresponding rights of protection and realization of the problem. In today's society this has caused great public controversy and discussion. If these problems are not fully awared of by the community to find a reasonable solution, it will be the obstacle of the smooth operations of the Human Organ Transplant and continuous improvement of medical ethics.This article is in the grasp of human organ transplantation on the basis of the basic ethical principles in the background conditions, by system analyzing the human organ donors, organ transplant-related receptors and social ethical issues faced by institutions, thus revealing the causes of ethical conflicts mainly arising from the general public on the issue of organ donation ethics behind and limitations. Therefore, in order to ensure our work in human organ transplantation conduct in society healthy and orderly, and to obtain the gradual acceptance and support from people, we should make substantial efforts from the perspective of ethics, such as improving the ethical and moral thinking of citizens constantly, strengthening the Human Organ Transplant for the topic of medical ethics research, improving their professional ethics organ transplant system, while establishing a sound efficient and rational resource allocation system for donor organs, the relevant laws and regulations on human organ transplants. On the ethics discussion of the new medical technology, it is useful for seeing the development direction of this technology in China, grasping the purpose and destination for the essence of serving the people,. In this way, we can promote human organ transplants in China to the future development of healthy track. While constantly regulating the moral behaviors related to human organ transplantation, we will definitely turn the cutting-edge medical technology into an useful tool for the benefit of humans.
