Eu Unemployment Governance Policy Research Since The 1970s

This thesis intends based on the fore scholar's results to study the managing unemployment policy of EU, and make it to be two stage, that is stage of emphasizing "passive policy of managing unemployment" and stage of emphasizing "active policy of managing unemployment", and combine to our country's rigorous circumstance increasingly and policy of managing unemployment, put forward some viewpoint about managing unemployment in our country.In the preface, analysize the research concerning to subject mainly, from EU level, the viewpoint of history to study the unemployment and managing unemployment policy especially, get some enlightens from the unemployment managing policy of the EU.Chapter 1, making some descriptions to unemployment circumstance of all courtiers in the EU since the 70' of 20 centuries, and analysize the reason, of unemployment, graveness of unemployment status, influence of the unemployment to the society, and the emphasis is the current unemployment circumstance.Chapter 2 is the center of the thesis, narrated the EU's process from stage of emphasizing "passive policy of managing unemployment" to stage of emphasizing "active policy of managing unemployment", and make some evaluations to the policy. Chapter 3 narrated the enlightens from the unemployment managing policy of the EU materially. At first, the thesis analysized unemployment circumstance in our country, and then get some enlightens in according with the analysis of the third part.As a local student to study EU, it is very difficult to get one-hand material.
