Thinking, Of The Laws Of The Social Security System For Migrant Workers In China

Since the policy of reform and opening up and the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, more and more spare labors in countryside moved to work in downtown, during this process a special social group was formed --the migrant laborer. They have become a new style labor army and industrial workers during China modernization construction, they face the industrial risk in the market economy. Their employment, income, working, living status and social security are really a big concern and they have strong demand on social security. However, due to rural registered permanent residence and migrant situation, they cannot enjoy the social security in the downtown. Their social security is unhealthy and should pose negative effect to the whole society. Their problem affects the solution of the Farmer Issue, Rural Areas and Agriculture Production as well as the build of the well-off society in all-round way. It also affects the realization of social justice and stabilization and social security implement. Therefore, research on the social security of migrant laborer, to set up and improve the social security system is significant. The theme of this thesis is to investigate how to solve the social security problem for the special group.The article adopts the fundamental research, the history comparative analysis, the real diagnosis investigation and so on to analyze the current situation, the reason, the necessity and the feasibility of rural workers' social security. It applies law, sociology, economic and politics to conduct the research.The full text is divided into four parts: the 1st section outlines the basic issues of the background from rural workers, social protection of rural workers; the 2nd section studies the social security status of rural workers. Analysis of the social protection of rural workers and the aspirations of the causes of their problems; the 3rd section studies from the need to establish a social security system for farmers, the feasibility study, analyze the effectiveness of the practice, from which propose the basic way for social security of rural workers; The 4th section, based on the conditions of rural workers, we suggested to divide them into groups. We also suggested that the social assistant system of rural workers should be set up in different grades basing on time. The related rules are also embodied n this section. The detail of the social assistance related rules are also shown in this section. Based on those rules, the benefits of rural workers can be protected by the law.
