Research Status And Existing Problems Of Migrant Workers Social Security Policies Implemented

Since Chinese reform and opening, the number of the migrant workers in the industrial workers is increasing, and the scale become more and more big. More and more migrant workers play an important role China’s social and economic construction, they have become an important force, and contributed a lot to the development of economy. However, the problem about the social security of migrant workers is become the highlight. The migrant workers social security policy is not perfect, and the existing policy implementation is not in place. They have seriously hindered the enthusiasm of migrant workers. This paper studies on the migrant workers social security policy issues and the present problem which existence in Weihai enterprises of Shandong private, it has important theoretical and practical significance about the solution of the social security of migrant workers’problems, promoting sustainable economic and social development, consolidating the ruling foundation of the CCP and the building harmonious society.In recent years, there are many domestic research about the social security of migrant workers, but most scholars mainly study from sociology, labor economics, law, management science perspective, and focus on the policies, laws and regulations, system design theory, but there are little studying about the actual implementation of the social security policy.This paper research present situation and the existence of migrant workers social security policy of China, it researches the private enterprises in Weihai city and analyses from the basic principle of Marx’s perspective, basic on the theories of Marx’s social security and theoretical guidance.In this paper, the first chapter introduces the contents of the thesis research background, significance, home and abroad research status, research methods. The second chapter focuses on the related theory of the Marx classic writers and Chinese leaders about the social security of migrant workers. Third chapter summarizes the overview of migrant workers social security policy in China, analyzes the evolution, the social security of migrant workers policy of China National Social Security Policy and local government social security regulations content. The fourth chapter introduces the implementation situation of migrant workers’social security in private enterprises and the implementation of policy in Weihai City of Shandong, it based on the survey about the implementation of migrant workers social security policy in the Weihai of Shandong private enterprises, and points out the existing problems in the implementation of social security. Aiming at these problems, the author put forward several suggestions about the promotion of migrant workers social security policies in the fifth chapter. Hope to provide certain references for the implementation of migrant workers social security policy.
