The class teachers’ professional ethics refers to the moral codes of conduct of theclass teachers to adjust relationships between people engaged in educational activities.Research the elementary and secondary school class teachers’ ethics morality isconducive to enrich the teachers’ professional ethics theory, perfect theoretical systemof established morality, but also conducive to strengthening its own morality,conducive to the education and management of school to class teachers, conducive tosupervising the class teachers’ work for parents and the community.Firstly, the paper conducted a literature review of the related teacherresponsibilities, teacher quality, teacher professionalism,teacher professional ethicsstudies. In the form of the questionnaire, the questionnaire is divided into fourdimensions: the moral of class teachers to superiors,the moral of class teachers tostudents, the moral of classe teachers to subject teachers, the moral of class teachers toparents. In accordance with the four major professional relationship to survey theprimary and secondary school teachers’ moral status. Through interviews toleadership work on the charge of moral and class teachers conducted in-depth manner.Teacher professional ethics problem exists mainly materialistic type for anomie,desire type for anomie, reputation type for anomie, lust type for anomie. From thesocial level, normative level, system level, own self level to analyse the reason of theprimary and secondary school class teacher professional ethics anomie. For theseproblems, propose specific measures of constructing primary and secondary schoolclass teacher professional ethics:(1) Through strengthening self-cultivation and maintaining psychological healthto strengthen teachers’ occupation morality in primary and secondary schools.(2) By improving the social environment and optimizing the campus environmentto create a good atmosphere for class teachers’ occupation moral construction ofprimary and secondary schools.(3) Through constructing the specification of class teacher occupation morality,perfecting the class teacher recruitment and training system, improving theireconomic and social status, establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,optimizing the class teacher incentive mechanism, perfecting the supervisionmechanism to perfect the system construction of class teacher occupation morality inprimary and secondary schools.
