Robot education has received great attention worldwide, robot course in improving the student beginning ability and creative ability in design is more and more recognized by people. In recent years, continuously introducing foreign robot contest, and middle and primary school in our country, greatly promote the robot education in our country. In the second and third tier cities in China, however, most of the high school of robot education investment, the students also so seldom contact with robots. To solve above problems, the author will PVC robot school-based curriculum into the school, let more junior high school students know and make simple robot. PVC robot for the development of school-based curriculum content around selecting the content of the course content development, PVC robot school-based curriculum, the activity model curriculum design and development should pay attention to the problem of study. The purpose of this paper is to pass the course content development, let robot education into more elementary and middle schools, according to the robot in school school-based curriculum content choice, make preparation of robot school-based courses teachers teaching activity design case can reference, put forward the possible problems in the curriculum development.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part, from the domestic problem of robot education, put forward and the research significance of the three aspects this paper expounds the necessity of this research, based on the spread of PVC robot, school-based curriculum and school-based curriculum development concepts, to clarify the theoretical basis of this study and research ideas and methods.The second part, through the questionnaire, understand the learners’characteristics, determine the learners interested in learning content, investigate the factors that affect curriculum content selection. Secondly, draw lessons from social constructivism theory, the OECD curriculum development program and the STEM education, combined with years of experience in school-based curriculum development to have a teacher interviews, the author puts forward the selection principle of school-based curriculum content.
