The method of investigation, experimentation, documentation were used to research this problem from two aspects. First, we made an investigation about the teaching and training situation of college, then on the purpose of comparing the physiological effect and special diathesis between sports aerobics and aerobics. It means that to find the problems of teaching and training of aerobics of college. To open out the effect to the physiological effect and special diathesis of aerobics. To afford the academic gist for the teaching and training of aerobics of college, and for the scientific athlete choose of aerobics.The results turn out :(l)Now , the coaches and the athletes cannot distinguish the difference of sports aerobics and aerobics. They do not think much of the diathesis such as balance, harmony, rhythm, flexile.(2) The training of aerobics cannot enhance the balance after nonoxygenous movement, the sports aerobics can enhance the balance ability of movement situation.(3) The sports aerobics have obvious effect on enhancing the strength and volcanic power.(4) the coaches have not been paid attention to the rhythm training , the training of flexile is more important for the sports aerobics.At the end some suggestions were given to supervise the importance of scientific training , the choose of aerobics athlete, and to enhance the theoretical level and the research ability.
