Aerobics has always been loved by the majority of students with its charm of strength,fitness and healthy heart. However, with the development of society, the current aerobicsteaching content is not meet the needs of more and more students. Hip-hop hasdeveloped fast in recent years, which was born in the United States, and introduced ourcountry in the1980’s.It was pursed by the people of different ages, because of itsdiversification, unrestrained enthusiasm and strong rhythm. At present, all kinds ofhip-hop competition has been also increased in Beijing. But the lack of hip-hop lessonsalways appeared in the primary and middle school, even in the colleges and universities,with the few elective course. In order to give the students more diverse learning inaerobics teaching and meet the psychological needs, the elements of hip-hop areintegrate into the aerobics teaching is very necessary.49undergraduate from two universities,75primary and middle school students fromaerobics training class,40students from aerobics interest classes, a total of164studentshave been the research object in this paper. Based on the elements of hip-hop starting inthe aerobics teaching, the current situation of aerobics teaching, students’ understandingof the hip-hop, the effect of aerobics learning for students when the elementship-hop joined, as well as existing in aerobics teaching into hip-hop elements ofthe problem and to solve the problem of countermeasures, using the questionnairesurvey method, the expert interview method, observation method, the literature materiallaw, the mathematical statistic law investigation statistics, according to meet in thepractice of teaching problems and solving experience, through systematic analysis andstudy, puts forward a set of effective teaching methods, so that future hiphop elements to obtain a better development in the application of AerobicsTeaching earn. Research shows that:1) Students learned diverse skills in learning aerobics, so that the elements ofhip-hop introduced into aerobics class is to meet the individual needs of students.2) A lot of students have not exposed to hip-hop, with strong interest, this showsthat the potential development of teaching hip-hop in aerobics class is huge, weneed to pay attention to it and strengthen it. 3) The students have the improved score when the elements of hip-hop introducedinto aerobics teaching, it prove that hip-hop has had a positive impact on theteaching of Aerobics.4) It meets the needs of the students interest and improve the ability of all studentswhen the elements of hip-hop introduced into aerobics teaching, helps studentstoward diversified direction.5) Aerobics teaching which introduce into hip-hop elements can conducive tocultivate the student’s lifelong interest in sports and hobbies, and activelyparticipate in physical exercise, help students to develop the habit of exercise.
