Inheritance Discontent Behind The Logic Of Practice

With the economic reform in China, the conflicts on family inheritage between siblings in family become popular in media. The different opinions about equity sense are the source of many confilicts on family inheritage. With the theory of practice, this paper is aimed to analyze the practice logic of the behaviors in family inheritage, discuss how the country law, traditional culture and rational man spirit influence the equity sense of people, and try to describe the process of the reconstruction of modern equity sense.
