Mineral Resource Management Information System Based On GIS In Kaixian

Currently in china, the main managing of land and resources data is physical file accumulation(even the paper document),which has a low utilization to mineral information,redundancy on the physical file, therefore, inevitably, increasing the management difficulty to the mineral department. With development of mineral department, mineral data and information content are exponential increasing, so mineral management department will have more pressure. Therefore, this article take the MAPGIS6.7and Visual FoxPro6.0 as the development platform, carrying out the design and development work of mineral resource management information system on kaixian area, aim to probing a information method of management of mineral resources. On the basis of function demands and system analyses and oblying design principles of system, building a spatil and attritubute database, and using uniform coding achieving spatil primitive with intelnal attribute and external attribute connecting, unifiled storaging,treating,analyzing to the graph data and attribute data,and carrying on the information system management work of other mineral file. Contemporary,aslo achieving the function of inquiring with mineral information and export -import. There are many advantages such as stable function,simple in operation,system is user-friendly,simple to apply, satisfying the need of day-to-day running of mineral resources, this method gave a fresh impetus to improving management, moreover, have good developing fore ground in the industry cycle.
