The Technical Renovation Of Production Sewage Treatment System For The Carbonate Beverage Company

In this study, take the technical renovation project for the sewage treatment station of a carbonated beverage company as the research object. Comprehensive consideration, the industrial wastewater treatment engineering examples and new technology at home and abroad in recent years were consulted. The reason of the sewage treatment station running unstable and the CODcr substandard were analyzed. The technical renovation was carried out based on the original system. A new IC treatment processes was set up, which operate in parallel with the original system. Implementate stable operation and drainage standard.Through the technical renovation, the treatment ability of the sewage treatment station was greatly improved. Taking the key index CODcr as a example, before modification, the CODcr is general 90mg/L. After modification, the CODcr is general around 60mg/L. Through the comparative, the process of the technical routes renovation is reasonable. The treatment results is obvious.This technical lasted nine months. A new IC reacter was setted. The original clean water tank was dismantled. And it was changed to emergency capacity lagoon. The unreasonable place of the original process was transformated. Through the above measures, the shortage of the ability inadequacy of the sewage treatment and the ability of resistance to the shock wave were solved.This technical renovation has brought considerable economic benefit for the company. Just using the biogas saves 30 million yuan for the company yearly. At the same time, it also broughts tremendous environmental benefits. Comparison the CODcr emission load between the February to July in 2009 and the February to July in 2010, the CODcr emission was 53.21 t in the half year in 2010. And compered to 2009, the CODcr emission was reduced 54.32t.Thus remarkable result was obtained in this research for the sewage treatment.At present, the company will take research for the water-recovery. Achieve the goal of the deep processing for the recycled water later.And the take it as the municipal virescence and landscape water. As a result, this technical renovation can provide foundation for the zero emissions of the company. The technical renovation of this study can provide guidance for the application of the new technology and new methods in beverage industry.
