With the development of coal mining technology, the hydraulic support-moving speed is increasingly fast. Correspondingly, the requirements of electro-hydraulic reversing valve as the core components of control system of hydraulic support is also rising. In this paper, the generally research was based on the newly developed valve-FHY400/125/31.5 by ZMJ group, which possesses high water-based and large flow rate.The structure of FHY400/125/31.5 type valve group, working principles, practical applications and research system similar to practical applications built according to the question for discussion were described in detail. The structure of the research system components and the working process were analyzed, and mathematical modeling was built by power bond graph. The numerical algorithm—Runge-Kutta was chosen according to the characteristics of mathematics model, then program was edited in VC++environment for solving mathematical model. The curves of test system and the simulation curves of theoretical analysis were compared. After verifying the correctness of the simulation model, further analysis was done using the simulation model, and the qualitative relationship between the reversing performance of electro-hydraulic reversing valve and the influencing factor were found. Important conclusions were find by using theoretical analysis method which provided a theoretical basis for optimizing structural parameters, verifying fit working condition and improving performance of electro-hydraulic reversing valve.
