Establishment And Application Of Performance Evaluation System Of Reverse Logistics

With the significant growth of the vehicle, the quantity of End-of-Life Vehicle(ELV) also increases substantially. Those problems that potential safety hazard and environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by ELV will be more evident. The promotion of recycling and utilizing of ELV have become important content of recycling economy. It is urgent to promote reverse logistics industry of ELV on sustainable development background. Performance evaluation technique is beneficial to measure the enterprise management and to enhance the reverse logistics management,and to improve operation efficiency and the overall efficiency of reverse logistics. Performance evaluation technique research of enterprises of ELV is at a low level, and practical application study combined with quantitative study is rarely. So it is needed to have an in-depth study.Based on the part of enterprises of practical investigation,the paper raised the performance evaluation system for the entire computation of reverse logistics of ELV enterprises,with technology of BSC and AHP,which support the performance evaluation of quantitative and decision-making.The work includes relevant studies and theoretical foundation, application BSC on the index system of scientific design, weight calculation and analysis with AHP, of input data collection and processing, based on actual data analysis of the enterprise.The work and achievements of Degree of paper can be summarized as follows:1.Related theory reverse logistics of ELV and performance evaluations are described and analyzed.The basic theory of logistics and reverse logistics are reviewed and the concept of reverse logistics of ELV,goals,targets and functional elements are alalyzed.Operation and work flow of the enterprise of ELV recycling are defined.2.The index system is designed with BSC scientifically.In the paper one strategy performance evaluation tool---- BSC is used to set up performance evaluation index for reverse logistics of enterprises of ELV recycling,which select the performance evaluation index from four dimensions,namely,finance,the customer,internal business,innovation and learning.3.Weights of indexes are calculated and analyzed with AHP.With the basic methods and procedures of AHP, hierarchical model based on BSC and structures matrix are established.Finally,weights of index are calculated.4.Reverse logistics performance of enterprises of ELV are calculated with examples. And the data of original index collection and processing is the key. Especially of input data processing, the proposed method of quantitative,the integration of dimensionless way to a qualitative evaluation of "good", "better".Then, the index weights of enterprises in Nanjing of ELV are calculated with AHP. Finally the performance evaluation results of reverse logistics are givend and proposals to improve performance evaluation are offered.
