With the rapid social and economic development, increasing frequent social activities have brought huge economic benefits for human. At the same time the eliminated yearly large numbers of waste products have been threatened to the natural, social and the ecological environment. Engineering machinery has the highest potential value among the waste products. So, many scholars and experts are working on the research of the recycling and reuse of old parts to improve the utilization of construction machinery. Remanufacturing industry using the high technology for recycling the waste product and transform it, this is an important content of circular economy, having a promoting effect on building economic resource and friendly society.Based on the above background and the relevant research literature domestic and overseas, related research of engineering machinery remanufacturing reverse logistics recycling system was carried out. The main research works are as follows:Firstly, according to old pieces of recycling of remanufacturing enterprise based on the actual situation, this study analyzed the current engineering machinery remanufacturing reverse product characteristics and the actual situation old pieces of recycling mode. As the starting point to the manufacturer is to maximize the profit, recycling mathematical models of old parts was investigated. Some advanced mathematics was used to calculate zero point of the function and the maximize profits was been determined among each model.Secondly, according to sources of old parts distribution and recycle status, this study analyzed the possible recycle paths, based on the resources richness, short path and ease of recycling, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, through the integration of analysis and design. Then the recycling program and safeguards were determined constructively.Thirdly, using breakeven law, the thesis investigated mathematical cost models of centralized and distributed processing. In accordance with the principle of the minimum processing cost, the study drew some benefit processing forms for enterprise. Then according to existing incentives and policies, positive recommendations for the remanufacturing enterprises were proposed.
