At present, China textile industry is in the critical period of changing from labor-intensive to technology-intensive, automatic and continuous product are symbols of modern textile plant. So advanced and applicable technologies are widely used to transform traditional textile machinery and it is admit of no delay to accelerate research and product all kinds of automation production line which own intellectual property rights, among them, the conveyor product between roving machines and spun yarn machines is most important.To promot the connect technology rapidly development, the paper set JWF9562 conveyor system for example to research deeply, idea and solution program are suppied for researching and developing the conveyor product between roving machines and spun yarm machines.The paper analyses all kinds of base functions and main technical characteristics, the constitution and main structure of system is determined, studying deeply the question how to improve transportion efficiency and giving the solution program.The paper anslyses and optimize the conveyor system by finite element method and ANSYS software, the result prove the structure is safety and stability, and supply the theory support for making the system implementation of standards and technical specifications.The paper gives feasibility analysis for other transport products, to combine the technology and practice of conveyor system, the programs of two transport products are finished, include cone yard transport line and clothing transport line.The paper summaries some problems of conveyor system in use to give the direction of improve and enhauce in the end.
