For the enterprises in the world which are working copper with flash furnaceanal yze the copper smelting technology, they improved the process control level, stabled production, reduced costs. Most of the factories have invested a lot of manpower and financial resources to build their own Metallurgical calculation model. They have imp lemented the control of the production process on different technical aspects. Many fa ctories have achieved significant results.Metallurgical model and control system technology haven’t been commercialize d and mutual confidence to the factories in the world except Japan East Yu smelter. Ja pan East Yu smelter have sold the patented technology and complete sets which inclu ding hot normoxic metallurgical smelting technology mathematical model and on-line control system to the Jiangxi Copper Guixi Smelter in the late1970s.This thesis have done innovative research in converting furnace and smelting furnace mathematical model according metallurgical physical chemistry flash smelting of copper production process mechanism. This thesis also realized copper smelting production of advanced intelligent control by using Information Technology. Enhance the level of control in flash smelting and flash blowing technology. This is innovation of copper flash smelting furnace smelting technology applications.Through the application of this project, we were able to identify the reaction mechanism of the flash smelting and flash blowing. By using metallurgical mechanism model and statistical models to optimize the operation of the furnace, to achieve energy conservation, energy, increase productivity purposes. This project can greatly improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.The whole system covers a wide range of areas, including metallurgical processes, statistics, computer technology, automation technology, instrumentation, etc. By developing this system, we can apply these techniques to other areas, such as oxygen-rich top-blown furnace, converter, anode furnace, etc., can greatly improve the level of domestic smelting. At the same time we can apply computer technology which have been used in this system to large-scale advanced control software development. Provide a reference for domestic research and development of proprietary advanced control software.
