As a major automobile production country,my country’s production volume in 2020 has exceeded 10 million units.The market demand for high value-added automotive steel products is increasing.In order to consolidate its position in the automotive steel market,Plant B has been vigorously developing and producing multiple types of high-value-added automotive steel products since 2019.The physical property testing room of Plant B is a secondary unit,mainly responsible for the physical property testing of the four production lines of automobile steel products in Plant B.This thesis combines the successful cases and latest developments of Lean Six Sigma management methods at home and abroad,and further enhances the core competitiveness of B enterprise in the field of automotive steel by improving the process quality management of automotive steel product testing.Statistical analysis of the inspection data of Plant B in 2020 found that: the average sampling out-of-tolerance rate of 285,865 sets of inspection data in the whole year was1.58%,which was higher than the results of the same type of inspection laboratory of Shanghai Baosteel and Tisco;the inspection cycle was too long,and the time limit could not be met.It is required to upload the test results to the ERP,so the spot check out-oftolerance rate and detection cycle are established as the research goals of this thesis.This thesis.adopts the DMAIC method to analyze the whole process of sample processing and inspection,and identifies and proposes solutions from the aspects of man,machine,material,method,ring,and measurement.Figures,cause and effect diagrams and other methods to find out the key factors affecting the out-of-tolerance rate and detection cycle of spot checks,and improve and control them;second,apply the lean production idea,change the sample processing process,ensure the accuracy of product testing,and develop testing The automatic uploading function of the equipment and the use of electronic original records instead of handwritten records,shorten the detection cycle by shortening the waiting time and improving the time utilization rate;thirdly,combined with the actual situation of factory B,adopt on-site management methods and human resource positions that are adapted to local conditions.,performance appraisal management methods,actual equipment conditions,etc.,revise the operating procedures of each testing project,and standardize the operation instructions to achieve the maintenance of the improved effect.Compared with the annual average of 2020 in the base period,from January to October in 2021,the random inspection rate of the physical performance inspection room of B plant was 0.9%,which was significantly lower than 1.58% in 2020.The testing time for the same sample testing volume is shortened to 50% compared with 2020,achieving the expected goal of reducing the out-of-tolerance rate of random inspections and shortening the testing cycle.In 2021,the laboratory will be recognized by the national CNAS and ISO9000 management systems,and will complete 35 on-site witness tests throughout the year.and have the production and testing qualifications for automotive steel products.
