Polluting Enterprises Settled With The Villagers Environmental Behavior Logic Of Practice

The economics of eastern part of China is getting better and better, under the guidance of "scientific concept of development", the eastern region began to make great efforts to improve environment, enterprises with high pollution and high emissions have no alternative but transferred to central and western part of China. As a result, environmental pollution problem is getting worse in rural areas. Local governments, enterprises, and the villagers around the environmental pollution problem is how to interact, in the process what environmental behavior was taken in order to achieve their own purposes, these are worthy of careful inspection. This paper selects a minority village in western China, Observe villagers' daily life, as well as analysis of the interactive process with local governments and enterprises; found that the villagers in the context of "no environmental action" has its own environmental behavior choice.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is preface which includes the origin, meaning, and the research method of this article as well as corresponding document summary. Chapter â…¡ describes the changes that have occurred in survey location. With polluting enterprises settled, the daily lives of the villagers began to change, the village changes are reflected in the economic, social and environmental dimensions. Information obtained through the village questionnaire and depth interviews, showing the changes in the village have something to do with the arrival of the enterprise. Chapters III and IV show the process of interaction of local governments, businesses and villagers. Chapter III is from the perspective of local governments and enterprises, in order to see how the polluting enterprises to be "settled", and from the level of discourse and practice to build the legitimacy of the existence of the enterprises. Government and enterprises do take a certain amount of environmental protection measures, however, villagers suffer from the problem of environmental pollution is difficult to be completely resolved. Chapter IV is from the perspective of villagers, describe the environmental behavior taken by the villagers in their daily lives, which is not necessarily antagonistic. The villagers have to make a rational choice for economic interests and social conditions. The last chapter is summary and reflection part.Compared with previous studies, this paper is more detailed and in-depth observation and analysis around the problem of environmental pollution. Not only from the angle of environmental rights or environmental protest, but also the ecology of the entire village as the background. In order to observe the villagers'silence or resistance reasons, to understand the environmental behavior of the villagers in angle of ordinary people.
