The Exploration Of The Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Types Of Early Threatened Abortion And Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy Of TCM

Objective:To observe the distribution of different TCM syndrome types of early threatened abortion(excessive fetalmovement, vaginal bleeding during pregnancy) acording to Chinese traditional medic pattern identification.Through the serum hormone levels and blood lymphocyte immune to evaluate the results of the analysis of medicine curative effect.Methods:169 cases of early threatened abortion were divided into six groups according to different syndrome types of TCM:the type of deficiency of kidney-qi, the type of blood heat, the type of deficiency of qi and blood, the type of deficiency of yin of both liver and kidney, the type of endo retention of damp heat, the type of blood stasis(due to injure).Their pregnancies continued to the second trimester of pregnancy. Thourgh an-alyzing, this study explored the distribution of different TCM syndrome types of early threatened abortion.Results:â‘ The threat-ened abortion (excessive fetalmovement, vaginal bleeding during pregnancy) was not equally divided into the six TCM syndrome types(P<0.05), the kidney-qi deficiency was themain syndrome(50.3%). The distribution of the syndromes is as follows (in descending order of frequency):the type of deficiency of kidney-qi, the type of deficiency of qi and blood, the type of deficiency of yin of both liver and kidney, the type of endo retention of damp heat, the type of blood heat, the type of blood stasis(due to injure).The deficiency syndromes are the major ones with the kidney deficiency as the basic link.â‘¡TCM syndrome type distribution and age, abortion number, gestational age, occupation, menstrual history all have certain relevance.â‘¢The six TCM syndrome types shared different cute rates, the type of deficiency of qi and blood was the highest (92.10%).â‘£Using traditional Chinese medicine of differentiation method treatment to early trillion abortion got good clinical effect, serum hormone level after treatment compared with before treatment, increased significantly, have differences (P< 0.05). Patients CD4+and CD4+/CD8+value is reduced, elevated percentage content of NK cells, all have differences (P< 0.05). CD8+value slightly increased.anConclusion:(â‘ The deficiency of kidney-qi was the main syndrome of early threatened abortion (excessive fetalmovement, vaginal bleeding during pregnancy).â‘¡TCM syndrome type distribution and age, abortion number, gestational age, occupation, menstrual history all have certain relevance.â‘¢lt is the fundamental treatment that based on syndrome differentiation. The deficiency of qi and blood may explain some reason for the early threatened abortion.â‘£Each tire leakage, quickened uneasy occurrence and endocrine factors, autoimmune factors are concerned, and both TCM interentions had different degrees of improvement.
