Objective:Through clinical research, evaluate the clinical curative effect of Nourishing Kidney Promote Ovulation Decoction Add-Subtract, which is created by professor of old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine XIA Guicheng, and used to treat the small follicle ovulation, then discuss the mechanism. Clinically small follicle ovulation usually appears as menses delay, less menstrual quantity, amenorrhoea, spontaneous abortion etc. The discovery and diagnosis for the treatment of small follicle ovulation, provide a clear direction to theat these diseases. So, the treatment for small follicle ovulation, plays a very important role in the treatment of gynecological diseases clinical research and disarming patients' sickness, which is the basic meaning of this study.Methods:Choose 60 cases of small follicle ovulation patients witch accord with the inclusion criteria, and divide the cases into treatment group and control group randomly, each group include 30 patients. Patients in the treatment group were given Nourishing Kidney Promote Ovulation Decoction Add-Subtract for oral, and in the control group were given clomiphene citrate and E acid estradiol. One teatment period is three menstrual cycles. Analysis the clinical symptoms and advantage follicular size, endometrial thickness and basal body temperature, of two groups before and after the treatment. Evaluate the Nourishing Kidney Promote Ovulation Decoction Add-Subtract healing small follicle ovulation integrated clinical curative effect.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group is 63.3%, and the total effective rate of control group is 67.7%. The total therapeutic effect of two sets has unconspicuous deviation by the statistical treatment (P<0.05). The treatment group has obvious advantage than control group in the improvement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome integral; Both the two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the improvement advantage follicular size, endometrial thickness and basal body temperature.Conclusion:Using the Nourishing Kidney Promote Ovulation Decoction Add-Subtract to treat the small follicle ovulation has a Certain curative effect, it can obviously increase the size of advantage follicle and endometrial thickness, effectively improve the basal body temperature. The two group have fairly curative effect in the above aspects. The treatment group has obvious advantage than control group in the improvement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome integral.
