| Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of this decoction established by the principle of nutritioning kidney yin and activating blood which used in the treatment of the aypnia after ischemic stroke, evaluationing the role of TCM methods in the treatment of the aypnia after ischemic strokeMethod:60 patients of aypnia after ischemic stroke (combination of blood stasis and kidney-yin deficiency) were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30).Two groups are both accepted conventional treatment.The treatment group added the decoction established by the principle of nutritioning kidney yin and activating blood. The control group added estazolam.Observe the clinical efficacy and the changement of integrals of PSQI and TESS before and after treatment. Both trials continued for 4 weeks.Result:1. Aypnia clinical efficacy:the difference between treatment group and treatment group were not significantly(P>0.05).2. To evaluate sleep quality by means of PSQI, clinical total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). PSQI<7 into symptoms by comparison, complete alleviation rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group, and the difference is significant.3. Comparison of PSQI score between the two groups in each period, the treatment group and control group both fell in some degree after treatment. After one week curative effect in treatment group was worse than in calm sleeping pills, P<0.05, there are significant differences;After two weeks curative effect in two groups was similar, there are no significant differences P>0.05, but clinical cure rate of the control group was lower; Take 4 weeks after curative effect of them was not significant differences P>0.05.4. At the end of the course, compared with TESS score,the treatment group for (4.28±0.54) points was lower than the control group for(13.15±2.73) points. The difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).5. TCM symptomatic curative effect:effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group, there was significant difference P<0.05.Conclusion:1. Nutritioning kidney Yin and promoting blood circulation to treat the aypnia after ischemic stroke had good therapeutic effect which was similar to using estazolam2. To compared with western medicine estazolam, herbal decotion has effect more slowly, but long-term stability, less side effects.3.The decotion can improve aypnia after ischemic stroken symptoms and signs,and TCM symptomatic scores. |
