The Study On The Effect Of Nourishing Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation And Cold Sticking Of Scrotum For Patients With Left Varicocele Of Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe and evaluate the curative effect of nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation and cold sticking of scrotum for patients with left varicocele of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis by the scrotal ultrasound and the semen analysis.Methods:Use the methods of stochastic,control, choose 72 cases of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type left varicocele that the patients from the Affiliated of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.For the foundation treatment (nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation),at the same time,treating them with the experimental drug(cold sticking of scrotum) for one Course of treatment(three months), they were freedomly seperated into two groups namely test group (cold sticking of scrotum) and control group (Laparoscopy), each gourp has 36 cases, each group was observed inscrotal ultrasound, TCM symptom score, semen analysis.Uses the SPSS22.0 statistical analysis system for data analysis.Results:The remarkable efficient rate38.89%,efficiency rate is 27.78%,the inefficiency is 33.33%,compare to the control group, the remarkable efficiency rate is 27.78%,the efficiency rate is 25.00%,the inefficiency rate is 47.22%,the control of classification efficacy and the cure rate between the two groups, the difference was statistically effective.TCM clinical symptom efficacy acountting for 58.33%,excellence effecacy accounting for 32.26%,uneffective accounting for 16.67%, in the control group clinical controlled in 10 cases, accounting for 27.78%, excellence effective accounting for 36.11%, ineffective accounting for 36.11%, the comparison of syndrome classification efficacy, the clinical controlled rate and total effective rate between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant. Compared the efficacy of two grade,the difference was statistically significant in the TCM symptom score,the semen analysis,the test group was more effective and the difference was statistically significant. It was obviously significant for the difference of scrotal ultrasound between the experimental and control group before and after treatment, but there was not statistical significance on the numbers of the scrotal ultrasound the spermatic vein maximum inner diameter improves between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:It was an effective therapeutic method for the left varicocele of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis by nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation and Cold sticking of scrotum, and the clinic effecacy for TCM symptom score and semen analysis can be improved by nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation and Cold sticking of scrotum, which can relieve the clinical symptoms,and can not intervene effectively the change of the scrotal ultrasound.
