| Objective:This study is conducted to probe into the Jiejiu recipe pueraria powder on wine injury rat sexual hormones secrete level influence, pueraria powder treated sexual abnormalities caused by abnormal wine injury accumulating experiment basis function for application in practice. Methods:50 healty Sprague—Dawley adult male rats were randomly divided into five groups (normal control group,model group,pueraria powder recipes of high/medium/and low-dosage), alcohol was adminstrated to the model control group and treated groups for establishment of rat drunkenness experimental model, rats were lavaged by three varying pueraria powder recipes of high-,medium-andlow-dosage, respectively, with sodium chloride injection treatment as control and pueraria powder groups, lasting for 30 days, the T,LH,TSH were measured and compared each other in groups. Results:Compared with normal control group, all indexs in model control group rat had significant difference to those in control. Contents of T in serum were reduced (P<0.01), LH,FSH content increased (P<0.01). three indexs in Pueraria powder recipes of group treated with high dosage and levels of T,LH from medium dosage were significantly different than those in model group rats(P<0.01), three indexs in low dosage and levels of FSH from medium dosage were slightly changed, No significant differences in groups. All indexs are varying as pueraria powder doses within the range of certain doses. Conclusion:Contents of T,LH,FSH of sexual hormones on wine injury rat can be affected, secretion of sex hormones level were significantly amended by pueraria powder with dependent of dosage. |
