Analyzing influence factors of influenzae vaccine coverage rate to provide valuable informations for our government to make decision.MethodsInfluenzae vaccine informations of preschool children born from 2004 to 2010 were collected from all vaccine immunization offices of Yuzhong district by complete random sampling. The main influence factors of influenzae vaccine immunization coverage rate were analyzed by combined methods from the influenza vaccine recipients and providers to analyze the two levels, which included quality and quantity investigation: Parents of preschool children were collected by stratified random sampling method to questionnaires , then analysised by univariate and multivariate analysis; doctors vaccinated were selected by the purpose of sampling to focus-group discussion, parents of children and immunization experts were selected to conduct in-depth group interviews. Results The first-dose influenzae vaccination rate of 3630 proschool children was low,and the whole influenzae vaccination rate was still low and increased yearly. The month of first-dose influenza vaccination was 11.3months, and delayed. Through single factor and multi-factor analysis, there were some significant influencing factors of influenza vaccination rate, such as children's household (educational level of parents, place of birth and parity). From the provider's point of view of vaccination: the shortage of health human resource, not enough vaccine promotion, higher vaccine price were restricted.ConclusionsInfluenza vaccine in the Yuzhong District of vaccination coverage levels have gradually improved.
