Then the relationship among CyclinD3, CyclinB1, stathmin1are needed to assess in the early spontaneous abortion.[Methods]1.19cases of early spontaneous abortion women are selected as the experimental group from the obstetrics and gynecology department in the First people's Hospital of Yunnan Province from July,2009to march,2010. Another10cases of early induced abortion are selected as the control group. Villi and decidua of the both groups are collected as soon as negative pressure aspirated.2. The western blotting method is used to examine the expression of CyclinD3, CyclinB1and stathmin1in the two groups.3.Quantity one software is used to process image of Western blotting concluded film. CyclinD3, CyclinBl and stathminl grey value of protein films is obtained.(β-actin is used as the internal references, to each protein gray value varies/β-actin the grey value of the ratio of the said the relative expression level each protein.4. The statistical data is analyzed with statistical package SPSS software version17.0by homogeneity of variance test and normality test. Normal sexual distribution and variance of t test is used, if not, it is analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test. a=0.05is considered as statistically significant value. The results show that P<0.05, which is meaningful. The correlation among CyclinBl, CyclinDS, stathminl is researched, the Pearson correlation coefficient and Spearman rank correlation coefficient is applied to analysis. The results show that P<0.05, which is meaningful.[Results]1. CyclinD3, CyclinB1, stathminl are investigated the expression in all of the villous tissues and decidual tissues of both groups.2. The expression level of CyclinBl in the villous tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients are significantly lower than that from induced abortions patients (D Mean Rank=22.40; S Mean Rank=11.11; P=0.001<0.01). The expression of CyclinBl in decidual tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients are also significantly lower than that form induced abortions patients (D Mean Rank=23.50; S Mean Rank=10.53; P=0.000<0.01).3. The expression level of CyclinD3in the villous tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients are significantly lower than that from induced abortions patients (D Mean Rank=22.7; S Mean Rank=10.95;P=0.00<0.01). The expression of CyclinD3in decidual tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients are also significantly lower than that form induced abortions patients (D Mean Rank=23.80; S Mean Rank=10.37;P=0.00<0.01).4. The expression level of stathminl in the villous tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients are significantly lower than that from induced abortions patients (D Mean Rank=20.10; S Mean Rank=12.32;P=0.019<0.05). The expression of stathminl in decidual tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients are also significantly lower than that form induced abortions patients (D Mean Rank=18.70; S Mean Rank=13.05; P=0.094>0.05). But it is not considered as statistically significant value.5. The expression level of CyclinB1the villous tissues are higher than that in the decidual tissues from early induced abortions patients (villous tissues:mean± sd=3.06±3.79; decidual tissues:mean±d=2.03±0.90; P=0.371>0.05). The expression level of CyclinBl the villous tissues are higher than that in the decidual tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients (villous tissues: MedianSB1a=0.47; decidual tissues:MedianSBib=0.02; P=0.084>0.05) But they both aren't considered as statistically significant values.6. The expression level of CyclinD3the villous tissues are higher than that in the decidual tissues from early induced abortions patients (villous tissues:mean±sd=2.97±3.51; decidual tissues:mean±sd=1.91±0.80; P=0.323>0.05) The expression level of CyclinD3the villous tissues are higher than that in the decidual tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients (villous tissues: MedianSD3a=0.73; decidual tissues:MedianSD3b=0.02:P=0.136>0.05). But they both aren't considered as statistically significant values.7. The expression level of stathmin1in the villous tissues are lower than that in the decidual tissues from early induced abortions patients (villous tissues:mean±sd=0.41±0.46; decidual tissues:mean±sd=0.50±1.09; P=0.820>0.05). The expression level of stathminl in the villous tissues are higher than that in the decidual tissues from early spontaneous abortions patients (villous tissues: MedianssTAla=0.19; decidual tissues:MedianssTAlb=0.02; P=0.778>0.05). But they are not considered as statistically significant value.8. There are positive correlation in the decidual tissues from early induced abortions patients among CyclinD3, CyclinB1and stathmin1. The villous tissues of CyclinD3and CyclinBl exist positive correlation. Early spontaneous abortions patients are positively associated with CyclinD3, CyclinB1and stathmin1. The decidual tissues are no correlation among the three.[Conclusions]1. It has a positive relationship between the protein expression levels of CyclinD3and CyclinB1in the villi and decidual tissues form human early induced abortion and early spontaneous abortion patients. The lower expressions of CyclinB1, CyclinD3, stathmin1in decidual tissues and villous tissues are probably involved in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion. 2. The villous tissues and decidual tissues of CyclinD3and CyclinB1protein exists positive correlation. They can have effect on mitosis of important cells in early pregnancy. It may play a role in the development of early spontaneous abortion. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Early spontaneous abortion, early induced abortion, CyclinD3, CyclinB1, stathmin1 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
