ObjectiveTo look into the operation and management status of the village clinics, to summarize the experience and problems in the process of reformation in order to put forward some relevant countermeasures and proposals, Draw lessons about the transform from village clinics to the public service station about Xiaoshan and Yuhang, Borrow ideas about the rural grassroots heath from domestic and overseas, get some planning advice and suggestions for the village clinics of Hangzhou.MethodsUsing the questionnaire of self-designed to investigate some personnel of village clinics and villagers in five counties. To get a deep interview with some presidents of the township hospitals. In all, there were106village clinics,200villagers and38presidents of the township hospitals of validity. All the analisis were conducted by SPSS17.0statistical software.Results102village clinics have implemented the integrated management of rural health services in the survey of106village clinics. The management mode of integration guarantees the quality of drug, makes the public health information report more timely, regularizes the behaviors of rural doctors, improves the service quality.Most village clinics have made the grade of "three rooms separated",the average age of rural doctors is53.5±9.502which indicates age structure is aging side. The degree of education is mainly constituted with senior high school and technical secondary school background. Western medicine is the mainly way which takes up74.5percent in all medicine way. The salary of rural doctors concentrates between1000and2000yuan. In this survey, there are85rural doctors hold certificates for rural doctors and only21doctors acquired the assistant practicing doctors certificates or the practicing doctors certificates.5rural doctors have no medical insurance and23personnel have no endowment insurance. The satisfaction of villagers urgently needs to improve.ConclusionsFirstly, carry out the spirit of new medical reform in order to keep the village clinics' public character. Secondly, encourage the rural doctors to take part in the medical examination which is to the benefit of team overall qualities. Thirdly, raise wages of rural doctors to inspire their enthusiasm. Fourthly, move forward the integrated management of rural health services. Fifthly, conduct some targeted trainings. Sixthly,to increase some service about Chinese Medicine according to the demand of villagers. Seventhly,to realize the transition from village clinics to community health station when conditions permit.InnovationsFirstly, to induct and card the operating conditions of village clinics of Hangzhou for the first time, to summarize the situations and problems of village clinics which possess theoretical significance and important practice value. Secondly, borrow ideas about the rural grassroots health from domestic and overseas, and draw lessons about the transform from village clinics to the public service station about Xiaoshan and Yuhang, get some planning advice and suggestions for the village clinics of Hangzhou.ShortcomingsFirstly, due to the restriction of physical conditions, the selected samples can't fully represent the whole situation. Secondly, the questionnaire is mainly designed according to the physical truth of Hangzhou, so the universality is not well.
