Foreign language learning contains three elements:pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. Among them, pronunciation is the most important part. According to employing foreign teachers plan, Ministry of Science and Technology Education in South Korea, in 1955, launched by the Department of Education Gyeonggi-do, started to recruit Chinese teachers in order to avoid some errors of Korean students learning Chinese, and more effectively to learn.The researcher was invited by the Ulsan Metropolitan City Office of Education in South Korea, began to teach Chinese lessons in 8 high schools from March in 2009 to February in 2011, through two years'teaching and research found that, whether in China or in Korea, the teaching of foreign language is just the initial stage, the necessity of relevant research is self-evident.By the end of the year 2010, in total 127 Chinese teachers which teach Chinese in middle or senior schools were invited by the various department of education in Korea. The researcher elaborated specifically the definition and qualifications of Chinese teachers and Korea Chinese teachers through calling and accessing relevant documents about recruiting Chinese teachers plan in various department of education in Korea. What's more, through the survey the researchers found that the main source of domestic Chinese teachers in South Korea and the status, and the content and function of Chinese teachers, etc.The researcher as a Chinese teacher in South Korea, having two-year high school education of Chinese language teaching practice, according to contrasting vowels and consonants of Korean and Chinese, concretely analyzed pronunciation errors of Korean students, pointed out that the effective methods of pronouncing Chinese and need of attention on pronunciation aspects.In addition, through the questionnaire survey to south Korean students, the researcher found that almost all of the south Korean students think it is necessary to employ Chinese teachers, and even 56.7% of Korean students hope Chinese classes being in charge of Chinese teachers. Furthermore, the role of Chinese teachers and its significance are very great.In short, in this language environment which is lack of using Chinese, the recruitment of Chinese teacher for Chinese teaching, can automatically create the opportunity to improve their communication skills in Chinese. What's more, employing Chinese teachers can improve teaching methods and the oral ability of teachers who teach Chinese in Korea, it has a very important significance. South Korean students are more interested in Chinese learning, more confident to speak Chinese, increase participation, particularly improve the ability of listening and speaking. And they will be more objective and accurate perspective to understand the Chinese culture.
