Chinese Pronunciation Course is a course that in order to correct the students’pronunciation, to improve the level of students’ Chinese pronunciation in TeachingChinese as a Foreign Language. At present, the country has not been specializedresearched the Chinese Pronunciation Course, which makes the Chinese PronunciationCourse has not strong theoretical foundation, makes the teachers of ChinesePronunciation Course often confusing, they generally talk that Chinese PronunciationCourse is boring, it makes this lesson ineffective. We hope to explore the ChinesePronunciation Course, fill the blank of this field, and help the teachers in inspirationand reference. To actually improve the level of students in Chinese pronunciation. Wealso want to be able to initiate the TCFL sector experts, scholars and teachers ofChinese Pronunciation Course to be given more attention, more in-depth study andexploration.The first part of this paper is an introduction of the purpose and significance ofthis study, and describes the research by now in Chinese Pronunciation Course, as wellas the teaching Chinese pronunciation to foreigners’ field.Then the paper is divided into four chapters, Chapter I: Chinese PronunciationCourse overview. This chapter is divided into four sections: Section I, the ChinesePronunciation Course in nature; the second section talks about in the initial stage,Chinese Pronunciation Course’s necessity; Section III, The Chinese PronunciationCourse’s position in the TCFL; the fourth section, we refer to the Hanban’ s“International Chinese Teachers Standards” to try to develop the ChinesePronunciation Course Teachers Standards.The second chapter is the main part of this paper: the principle, the teachingmethods and the teaching skills of the Chinese Pronunciation Course, The chapter isdivided into three sections: Section I is the principle of the Chinese Pronunciation Course, we believe that the Chinese Pronunciation Course has these following12principles: the principle of training; the principle of targeting; the principle thatcorrecting pronunciation is the focus; the principle of focusing on pronunciationteaching science; practical principles; the principle of combining the Syllableindividual practice and expression exercises, speaking practice; the principle ofpronunciation-based combination of listening, discrimination training; the principle ofprominent tone Teaching; the principle of great importance to the severity of toneintonation teaching; the principle of from easy to difficult, gradual and orderly progress;highlight the difficulty to drill the principle and interest principle. Section II ChinesePronunciation Course’s Teaching Method, we believe that the Chinese PronunciationCourse follows these teaching and practice methods: lead the reading pronunciationmethod; topic session pronunciation method; one-on-one correct pronunciationmethod; students correct pronunciation method; tongue twisters to practice method;poetry reading to practice method; chapter reading exercises method; and dictation,listening to practice method. The third section focuses on the Chinese PronunciationCourse’s teaching skills.: Imitate skill; graphic skill; gestures skill; description skill;contrast skill; hyperbole skill; with tone skill; symbolic skill; Syllable putting togetherskill; syllable skill.The third chapter is the foreign students pronunciation errors summary. We madea pronunciation survey at the end of2011.79students in Heilongjiang UniversityInternational Cultural Education school’s primary first grade and primary second gradefrom Korea, Russia and Japan took part in the survey.(36South Korean students;25Russian students; and18Japanese students) The purpose of the survey is to be able tofind errors in their Chinese pronunciation, and then guide our Chinese pronunciationteachers to achieve better teaching results. After analyzing the survey results, wedivided this chapter into three sections, namely: the pronunciation errors of Koreanstudents; the pronunciation errors of Russian student and the pronunciation errors of Japanese students.Then we make a typical lesson plan of the Chinese Pronunciation Course. Wehope that it can be a panoramic display of the Chinese Pronunciation Course, and makethe majority of Chinese pronunciation teachers have some inspiration and reference. Italso can be considered as a summary of this paper.
