With the rapid development of China’s economic construction and the continuous development and utilization of our land, especially in the mountainous hilly areas, railway highway and water projects in the construction process a large number of landslide disasters caused a great economic loss of property and the safety hidden trouble. Analysis on the slope stability of engineering problem is very basic and in need of attention. But now for the landslide stability analysis is commonly used the limit equilibrium method, which is mainly through only by a quantitative indicator-the overall safety factor, so it is difficult to analyze the landslide body parts of relative stability, which would also can’t reflect the sliding mechanism of the landslide, In addition to landslide in design of support, for supporting site selection is often based on terrain features, groundwater distribution and other factors, which is mainly by virtue of personal experience, and lack of a unified standard. In this paper, by doing meticulous research on the slope stability, the major work of this paper is focused on several aspects as follows:1. By reading large of related literature, the paper has summary the limit balance method which is the main method used of current slope stability analysis, but this method can’t ansys the local stability analysis on the slope, so we use a method that Yang Tao proposed the point safety factor method for ansys. Respectively, from two-dimensional and three-dimensional angle to judge the law the validity, and use the distribution of landslide to ansys sliding mechanism.2. In view of the present in the slope reinforcement to determine the supporting position is insufficient, we use the point safety factor method for a real slope to apply the prestressed anchoring cable, and put the cable laying different parts of the slope then respectively discussed in various schemes of slope stability and failure condition, finally by using the strength reserve principle to choose the optimal scheme.3. The paper use the point safety factor method for a simplified slope to apply the embedded anti-slide pile, and put the pile laying different parts of the slope then respectively discussed in various schemes of slope stability and failure condition, finally by using the strength reserve principle to choose the optimal scheme.4. The paper use the Centrifugal model tests to simulate the simplify slope, Through the comparison of various schemes of the stability of slope and destruction, finally proof the point safetv factor method is correct.
