Pipeline Engineering Environment Impact Assessment Analysis Of Northern Shanxi

In Shanbei region,oil development technology continues to progress, the volume ofoil production is growing wider. Shaanxi Province has become one of the fastest growingprovinces of China’s crude oil production The oil is growing demanded by the high-speeddevelopment of the economy.Long oil pipeline has becoming an important means ofenergy transmission. The pipeline project is a one-time investment engineering, which isbenefit for many years.It is a useful and effective engineering. However, the constructionof the pipeline project willmake some impact to the environment, especially the impact onthe ecological environment should not be underestimated.This paper combines the WuDing line of the environmental impact assessment forexample.Pipeline engineering will impact on the environment construction, especially onthe ecological environmental in shanbei region in different periods. And we will putforward the corresponding prevention measures to sovle them. In combination with thesystem analysis and comprehensive index method, and on the basis of the ecologicalenvironment assessment technical specifications (try out)"(HJ/T192-2006), this parperwill study the method of impact assessment of ecological environment. In this paper, theassessment method of ecological environment impact is relatively simple and reasonableand understandable, which is a strong practical method of quantitative evaluation. This lawcan impact assessment work to provide the reference for future oil pipeline construction inshanbei region of the ecological environment. To WuDing oil pipeline constructionprojects in this paper, the application of the ecological environment impact assessment method to evaluate, the results show that: before and after construction along pipelineecological environment condition index EI value were57.66and54.39, although theecological environment situation being graded down to general, but pipeline before andafter the construction of ecological environment situation change range-5≤Δ EI=-3.27﹤-2, change range is not too much, according to the ecological and environmental conditionschange degree classification table judgment, this project before and after the constructionof ecological environment condition does not change significantly. Fragile ecologicalenvironment in shanbei region, water and soil erosion is bigger, so the project should bebased on the assessment of ecological environmental impact of ecological environmentmanagement, put forward protection and remedial measures, make the ecologicalenvironment been gradually restored.
