According to the requirement of Environmental Impact Assessment law, when drawing up the environmental impact assessment report for construction projects, an environmental impact economic cost-benefit analysis section should be included. However, in the actual work, the environmental impact analysis often has the following problems:(1) environmental impacts are different to be quantitatively evaluated;(2) the application costs lots of expenses and time;(3) the distribution of cost and benefit between different stakeholders is less considered.Due to these questions above, this thesis started with the7environmental impacts in environmental impact assessment rules on construction projects, and did cost-benefit analysis to the impact factors, by using impact factor recognition and weight analysis methods. And applied several ways to do quantificational analysis. Finally, this thesis applied this method to analyze the case of No.10Road of Xilin New District at Neijiang City. This thesis tried using quantificational analysis methods to quantify the indexes for environmental impact economic cost-benefit analysis, so that a more accurate evaluation could be made and the results could be more convincing. The methods this thesis used can give a more accurate approach for preparing the environmental impact economic cost-benefit analysis section in the environmental impact assessment report, also has a certain reference value for the administrators and other departments.
