In coal marketing and transportation demand more and more efficient, fast and accurate loading system of today, coal shipment is one of the important marks of the coal industry modernization. The controlling system of coal feeder is extremely important in the coal loading system; The gate control system is an important part of controlling system of the coal feeder. A good gate controlling system can ensure the efficiency of coal transportation through controlling the coal output, the output time and output way etc. This article specifically takes the control system of the fan gate of the hydraulic vibration coal feeder designed by Zhengzhou University and Xinxiang Sida Company.This paper deduces from the dynamic mathematical model derivation of the hydraulic controlling system of fan gate, Establishing closed loop transfer function by the signal amplifier, hydraulic systems, detection systems, and analyzes the hydraulic controlled the gate system stability based on mathematical analysis software MATLAB. Next, this paper systematically studying the general PID control and fuzzy control of their own characteristics, focused combining with the fan gate of coal feeder controlling requirements, through the analysis of the relationship between the PID control parameters and the deviation and the deviation of change of the fan and the set obtaining fuzzy control rules, and design the adaptive fuzzy PID controller of hydraulic control fan gate. The Fuzzy Control of adaptive fuzzy control of fuzzy PID controller adjusts the PID control parameters in real time according to the different moments of the deviation and the deviation of change; The PID control part of adaptive fuzzy control computes the deviation and transmits to the controlled object based on the real-time control parameters.Adaptive Fuzzy PID can let both of them play their own characteristics so that the controlled object obtains desirable dynamic and static performance.According to the transfer function of the controlled system, this paper completes the structure of the system model and its the general PID and adaptive fuzzy PID controller design in MATLAB/Simulink and elaborates on the simulation design process of the adaptive fuzzy PID. Adaptive fuzzy PID can make the fan gate quickly and accurately to reach the predetermined angle by comparing the simulation results obtained.This paper introduces the fuzzy controller design methods and completes the design of the program, which uses a Siemens programmable controller S7-200as the core of controlling systems.Pre-input quantization factor, scale factor, discrete interval and fuzzy control rules to the S7-200data blocks, and conduct D/A transformation, discrete, blur, fuzzy inquiry, prioritize and PID control by the program (ladder diagram) to inputing deviation.Finally, a summary of the paper on this subject has been completed and possible improvements have been expected.
