| Environmental protection industry has risen up rencently with a high growth rate. In thereport “The decision of fotering and promoting development of new industry with strategyâ€,environmental protection industry was put at the most important position. Obviously,environmental protection industry does a lot to the development of society and environment.However, there are still many problems in Chinese environmental industry. Now, the problemof how to live and develop in such surrounding is central to CEOs of environmentalprotection corporation.In this article, the surrounding of research will be put out first. Then we will sum up theresearch about strategy. We analysis the chances and threatens in the macroscopicalenvironment through PEST analysis, we use five strength model and strategy group analysisto analyse A corporation’s competition environmental, and we also compare A corporation andone-up corporations to sum up A corporation’s advantages and disadvantages. Usingcompetition strategy wheel, we conclude A corporation’s strategy goal, and then we analyse Acorporation’s whole strategy with SWOT analysis, and basic competetion strategy withstrategic clock model. At last,4R strategy implement system will be used to assure thestrategy to be brought into effect, and then we give some advices on strategy control.Through the analysis about A corporation’s macroscopical, middling, and microcosmicenvironmental, we conclude that, the global strategy for A corporation should be thecombination of market infiltration and transverse integration strategy. And then, if Acorporation is strong enough, the diversification strategy can be taken into account. As for thebasic competition strategy, cost leadership will be proper for A corporation.This article gives the line of A corporation’s development, and we hope that it will behelpful. |
