Recently, with the development of construction industry in our country, theconstruction waste output is more and more big and the growth speed is faster andfaster, the construction waste output growth even has been much higher than thegrowth rate of the urban population. Therefore,based on growing in the peopleenvironment protection consciousness, government departments of environmentalmanagement strength is more and more strong, and construction waste pollution isgetting more and more serious, and construction waste is becoming an increasinglyserious pollution of the environment, the work which research the produce ofconstruction waste in the construction process has be imperative. The main researchworks are:①The paper analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the level of output ofconstruction material, it is concluded that construction material generated mainly dueto improper design errors, alteration, undeserved; construction improper operation,error; purchasing of materials, such as too much quality; the damage of material ontransportation, loading and unloading and storage; Material processing produce cornerof excess material And the five factors that the building use, material type,construction enterprise qualification, form of structure and the management level onthe construction waste output level have different degrees of influence.②Combined with the influence of construction waste on the water environment,ecological environment, atmospheric environment and the appearance of the city andso on four aspects, establishes the association graph of construction waste onenvironmental pollution,analyses the way of influence about the construction waste onthe on the water environment, ecological environment, atmospheric environment aswell as the appearance of the city.③S tarted by liquid, gaseous and solid, according to the three different forms ofconstruction waste, the paper divided it into liquid waste, gaseous waste and solidwaste three categories, and further to classify building debris by their sources,physical composition and their utilizable, there is practical significance forconstruction material management and recycling at the construction site.④On the basis of the“Green construction guideline”, this paper analyses andsummarizes the building green construction contents and key points, and given the safety reduction control measures of construction waste.⑤B ased on the related literature in recent years, the paper makes a comparativestudy on the performance of construction waste regeneration product, and the resultsshowed recycled aggregate and natural aggregate there are some differences in allaspects of performance, while the good performance of construction waste recycledbrick, easy to operate, environmentally friendly, clay the brick an ideal alternativematerials conclusion has certain value of engineering applications.⑥Through analysis the present situation of construction waste recycling in ourcountry, the development direction of construction waste recycling is given explicitly.On that basis, puts forward the construction waste resource recycling advice, andprovide some help for building wastes recycling development.
