Environmental pollution, especially waste pollution is an obstacle that we should combat in order to implement the new strategy of Green Beijing Construction. Nowadays, several innocent treatments such as sanitary landfill and incineration are carrying out in Beijing. Whereas waste reduction and recycling is the alternative because of limited capabilities in landfill and incineration.Green Beijing Action Plan (2010-2012) clearly made sure that waste separation, recovery and resource utilization is the focus of Green Beijing Construction in the future. This dissertation aims at industrial solid waste and urban waste utilization in Green Beijing Construction. Firstly, the current status of waste utilization in Beijing is analyzed; secondly, advanced waste disposal procedure in the same size cities is used for reference; finally, some waste recycling methods in different levels are put forward.Based on investigated data analysis and comparative analysis, this paper gets some conclusions as follows. Notwithstanding incineration Beijing's waste disposal methods still remain in the stage of the end treatment in present, because incineration power generation cycle is degraded and only can recycle a fraction of energy, as a result is not a best waste utilization method. To achieve waste recycling, an integrated industrial chain is absolutely necessary, which includes refuse classification, dismantling, processing, and recycling. Beijing has been initially formed the industrial chain of waste recycling with pinks not matched up. How to bring the industrial chain into play is playing a role in waste recycling.
